Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. UK parcels are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail, EU & US parcels are sent via Tracked International Airmail. Every order is sent in a double walled brown box with fragile tape wrapped around it for extra precaution. I allow an extra few working days for your order to arrive with you due to any possible delays, especially with international parcels.

All UK customers will receive a barcode number in their despatch email which will give you an update once your parcel has been delivered. EU & US orders will receive a tracking number in their despatch email. They take a maximum of 2 weeks to arrive with you so if you have not received your order 2 weeks after it was shipped - please drop me an email. I take full responsibility to contact the shipping company to find out any information I can. If your order arrives damaged or late, I can ensure a claim is filed and a replacement for any/all damaged products is sent out to you as soon as possible.

During busy seasons, such as Christmas, there may/will be delays on orders reaching you. I set the dates for shipping final orders in December to reflect possible delays for each country to make sure your order arrives in time. The above statement applies for busy periods, but during times like Christmas I ask that you allow an extra few working days for your parcel to arrive.

The cost of shipping will not go up for your order if you order a certain weight/amount of Snax.
